PRESS RELEASE

ATINCO STARTS UP “CLUB ENTRETIENE” IN MEXICO

With the launch of “Club Entretiene”, Atinco is first to create
a loyalty program in Mexico

Mexico City, July 3, 2006 – Atinco, the leading cell phone technology and content provider, has become Mexico’s top cell phone content aggregator with the launch of an ambitious loyalty program called “Club Entretiene”.

In contrast to other countries, the concept of loyalty for users of personalization products, games and entertainment has so far not existed in Mexico. Atinco has become the first company to launch a loyalty program that, on the one hand, complies with Telcel regulations and customer sales guidelines and, on the other, provides benefits to customers who prove their loyalty in terms of purchases made from Entretiene (the brand utilized by Atinco to reach the Mexican market).

Every customer subscribing to Club Entretiene receives a personal membership card which can be used as a key to access all of the program’s benefits, including special discounts and promotions at stores with which Atinco either has closed agreements or is currently negotiating. In addition, members receive points for each content purchase made from Entretiene. These points can then be exchanged for gifts, ranging from the option to download free cell phone content to games consoles and latest generation handsets. Users joining Club Entretiene are assigned all the points earned to date. This means that the customer’s entire buying record is taken into account to maximize benefits.

“By launching Club Entretiene, Atinco has sought not only to strengthen our leading position in the Mexican market, but also to send customers the message that we are the only aggregator in Mexico that is really concerned about its customers and their interests above and beyond the sale of content,” says Claudia Cordero, Country Manager for Mexico. According to Cordero, “The launch of Club Entretiene is really only a small step on our road in Mexico, aimed at providing our customers with the maximum benefits and innovation, by offering the latest developments in the world market for cell phone content at the best possible prices, while fully respecting the guidelines set by Telcel and cooperating with the operator to ensure that our strategy helps strengthen its strategy”.

The launch of the Club represents a step forward for Atinco in the Mexican market and sets the pace for competitors, as was already the case with launches such as Mascotas.

About Atinco
Atinco was the first mover in the development of the TechnocontentÔ concept, which combines a single technological solution with content, enabling users to enjoy unique multi-media experiences over their cell phones. Atinco was the first to see the potential of bringing together innovative software engineering and a brilliant marketing and production team.

In September 2003 Telefónica Móviles (Movistar) became the first Spanish operator to launch the video streaming service. This was achieved using the Atinco platform with the aid of the engineering team responsible for the integration process. The launch included content from Alejandro Sanz, MotoGP, Big Brother, Operación Triunfo and many more. Atinco has also developed applications like Affinity (matching software using Symbian and Bluetooth) and VoiceMMS (allowing voice messages to be sent at the touch of a button) for clients such as Nokia.

Atinco currently has affiliates in seven countries, where its Entretiene and Jetcel brands have won millions of users.
